We’re hosting the 2025 Canadian Nationals!

In case you missed the news, a highlight of our coming season will be that our Club is hosting the 2025 Canadian Lawn Bowling Championships (Majors) and the 2025 Canadian Youth & Junior Championships. Bowls Canada Boulingrin (BCB) made the announcement earlier this year. 

There will be two major events – the Youth & Junior event will run August 11-16; the adult Majors will run August 18-23. 

Commonwealth is the venue, but we share the hosting of the event with our sister clubs in the city – Royal Lawn Bowling Club, Highlands Lawn Bowling Club and the Indoor Bowling Club of Edmonton. Look for opportunities to be a spectator of these world class bowlers, and to volunteer in the lead up to and during the events themselves.
